Jerry W. Parrish, 68, of Cassopolis, MI, died on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  He was born on June 1, 1950 to Evan and Jimmie Sue (Joiner) Parrish in Florence, Alabama.  On April 11, 2002, Jerry married Brenda Walton and she survives.  After graduating High School, Jerry served his country honorably in the United States Navy and was an E-3 Designate.  He worked as a pattern maker at Dodge Manufacturing in Mishawaka for over 26 years and drove school bus until his retirement.  Jerry enjoyed woodworking, all outdoor activities, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.  Jerry is survived by his wife of 16 years, Brenda; his mother, Jimmie Sue; his children, Gina (Timm) Darr of Granger and Angela (Greg) Coda of New Carlisle; eight grandchildren, Aubrey, Corinna, Dominique, Teagan, Trevor, Brooke, Grant, and Reid.  He was preceded in death by his father, Evan.  In accordance with Jerry's wishes, no services are planned at this time.  A private cremation committal will take place.
