Jerry Allen Sisk, Sr., 71, of South Bend, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2014 in Hospice House of South Bend. Jerry was born on March 8, 1943, the son of the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Louden) Sisk. On June 1, 1968, he married Martha Cook. She passed away on October 19, 2013. Jerry is survived by two children, Jerry A. Sisk, Jr. and Patricia Sisk, both of South Bend; five grandchildren, Kameron, Tiana, Alexis, Justin, and Allen; and one sister, Cheryl Ryman of South Bend. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jerry was a lifetime area resident and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked for AM General for over 32 years before his retirement and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 am, Thursday, May 8, 2014 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, May 8, 2014 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
