Jo Anne Bontrager, 51, of Elkhart, died Friday June 20, 2014 at Hospice House of Elkhart Co. The Glen Cove, NY native was born October 28, 1962 to Paul W. & Mildred (Kistner) Chapman, Sr. Jo Anne was a caring & loving person, who had a big heart and cherished the time spent with her children & grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul W. Chapman, Sr.; her son, Jason Bontrager; her granddaughter, Peyton Silva and most recently her former husband and children''s father, Quincy L. Bontrager, Sr. Jo Anne is survived by her son, Quincy L. (Brandy) Bontrager, Jr.; and daughters, Amanda & Ambre Bontrager, all of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Megan, Hannah, Jordan, Angel, Tyler, Shayla, Andrina, Ajiana, Adrian, Nicholas, Jonathon & Sergio; her mother, Mildred (Frank) Baker of Livonia, MI; brother Paul W. (Susan) Chapman, Jr. and sister, Bonnie S. Chapman, both of Elkhart. Funeral Services 7:00pm Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy.
