Joseph M. Horvath, 67, of Baldwin MI and formerly of South Bend, died Thursday January 21, 2016 in Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The South Bend native was born May 13, 1948 to Julius & Ruby (Patus) Horvath and graduated from Washington Clay HS. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and retired as a Quality Control Inspector at Bendix Aviation. Joe is survived by his brothers, Julius A. 'Cork' Horvath of Allendale MI and Charles E. Horvath of Nevada MO, and his sister, Mary Ann Harbin of South Bend. Private family services with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
