Joseph Kappil John, 77, of Mishawaka, passed away in his home on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Joseph was born on October 21, 1932 in Kerala, India to the late Paul and Aley Kappil.
He survived by his wife, Annamma and four children, Paul Kappil of Chicago, IL, Shiny Antony of Mishawaka, Jose Kappil of London, England and Shanty Prince of Kerala, India and nine grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, George Kappil of Chicago, IL and a sister, Chinnamma Sebastian of Kerala, India.
He worked as a Police Officer in India for 37 years and retired as an inspector. He was a very active member of the Living Epistel Fellowship.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm, Friday, May 28, 2010 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 pm, Saturday, May 29, 2010 in the funeral home with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
