Joshua T. Valadez, 20, of Elkhart, passed away on Sunday September 25, 2022 at home.  He was born on October 13, 2001 to Amanda Valadez and Lazaro Valadez.

Joshua is survived by his parents, Amanda (Julio Hernandez) Valadez and Lazaro (Martha Molina) Valadez, Sr.; sisters, Yessica (Dustin) Johnson and Sarah Valadez; Brothers, Lazaro Valadez, Jr. and Benjamin Valadez; a step-sister, Rocio Ortega; 2 step-brothers, Jimmy Ortega and Giovany Hernandez; and his grandparents, Maria Ramirez and Cruz Cortez.

He attended Calvary Assembly of God.  Josh was a beloved son, brother and friend. He had a kind heart and loved his family. He was a hard worker and enjoyed going to church. Josh was loved by many and although short lived, he has taught us all a valuable lesson that we will cherish forever in our hearts.

Friends may visit with the family from 11-1 PM Tuesday October 4, 2022 at Calvary Assembly of God 1010 E. Mishawaka Road Elkhart, IN.  A Funeral Service in his honor will be at 1 PM Tuesday at the church.  Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Chapel Hill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
