Joyce E. Stafford, 71, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at her home in Mishawaka. Joyce was born on April 14, 1951 in Mishawaka, IN, to William and Marjorie (Niver) Stafford. Her parents precede Joyce in death. Her son, John Rogers; her daughter-in-law Mison (Chang) Rogers; her grandchildren Jonathan and Joel Rogers; and her brothers and sisters-in-law Robert and Bernice (Dutka), William and Barb (Keen), and Randy and Murry (Stiebritz) Stafford survive Joyce. Joyce was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She loved to spend time with friends and family telling her many stories. She loved to travel and made several trips to various countries across the globe.

Services for Joyce will be on Monday, February 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Pastor Mike Peters will officiate the services with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
