Judith Mae Kolman, age 81, of Paw Paw, Michigan, passed away on Friday July 4, 2025, peacefully after a brief period of declining health.

Born on December 5, 1943, in Saranac, Michigan, Judith was the beloved daughter of the late Wayne E. and Shirley Mae (Leece) Dawson.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who touched many lives with her gentle spirit and strong faith.

Judith was a former Real Estate Sales Agent, and throughout her life, she exemplified the values of love, hard work, and creativity. A longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Paw Paw, her faith in Christ was the foundation of her life. She found joy in painting, crafting, camping, and preparing delicious meals for her loved ones.

Judith was preceded in death by her son, Tony Fairres; her grandson, Tony Fairres; and her sister, Beverly Gish.

She is survived by her daughters: Tammy Maginot of Mishawaka, IN; Sonya (John) Thompson of Muncie, IN; and Dawn (Jack) Bargerhuff of Princeton, KY. She is also survived by her brother, Gary (Sharon) Dawson of Myrtle Beach, SC; her sister, Patty Izzarelli of Houston, TX; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends who will cherish her memory.

A graveside service to honor Judith's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, in the Knights of Columbus section.

Arrangements are handled by Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, IN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with final expenses.

Judith's legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
