Judy Correll passed away September 23 and was preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Marie Thompson (Stricklin) and her husband David Correll. Judy was born in Savannah Tennesse and moved to Mishawaka with her family at 5 months old. She was a graduate of Penn High school. On June 19, 1971 she married David Correll. They were married just short of 51 years as David passed away June 8 of this year. They are survived by their Children, Chuck Correll(Christina) and Patti Reinhardt(Lonn), 6 grandchildren, Crystal Reinhardt, Casey Finch(Andrew), Timmy Borsodi(Jordan),Kaylee Reinhardt, Elena Correll,Charlie Correll and one great grandson Arthur Finch. Judy is also survived by her 8 siblings: Pete (Cherie) Thompson, Peggy (Dave) Freshour, Dewey (Linda) Thompson, James B. Thompson, Effie (Ed) Thomas, Roger Thompson, Jackie Arnold and Rose (Michael) Haught. Judy loved auctions, garage sales and spent a great part of her life buying and selling dolls. The overwhelming sentiment friends and family have about Judy was that she always made everyone feel so welcomed and loved. She spent her life taking care of others, selflessly without needing anything in return. She played the role of second Mom to many nieces and nephews and as a surrogate Mimi to the grandchildrens' loved ones. She could make you feel loved by just a smile and her presence will be greatly missed.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-7 PM Wednesday Sept. 28, 2022 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy. Osceola, IN.

A funeral service in her honor will be on Thursday Sept. 29 at 10 AM at the funeral home.  Pastor Andy Lauer will officiate.
