Junior Miller, 93, of Edwardsburg, died Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Tanglewood Trace. The Magoffin County, KY native was born October 28, 1923 to Add & Rosa (Mann) Miller. On August 26, 1967, Junior married Dora F. Miller in South Bend; she preceded him in death on January 31, 2005 after 37 years of marriage. Junior retired from AM General in 1986; he attended Ontwa Baptist Church in Edwardsburg and enjoyed NASCAR, hunting & fishing and loved spending time with his family & friends. In addition to his wife and parents, Junior was also preceded in death by daughters, Carol Samuels and Connie Rowe; sisters, Jane Conley, Frances Nordstrom, Madelyn Personette & Meda Owens and grandson, Robert Samuels II. He is survived by his son, Burnette (Lynn) Howard of Osceola, daughters, Bonnie Duroscher & Betty Landesman; step-daughter, Carolyn Mortola of Mishawaka; brother-in-law, Everrett Owens of South Bend; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
