Kathleen Joanne Fox (1959-2024)

Kathleen Joanne Fox, 65, of Elkhart, Indiana passed on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 of natural causes.

She was born in Elkhart on May 12th, 1959, to the late Chester and Elizabeth Fox. She was one of six children. Roger Fox of Elkhart, IN, Darlene Brown of Dallas, GA, and Sherri Fox of Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, David (2007) and Chester Fox Jr. (2023) both of Elkhart, IN.

Kathi had five children. Misty Fox of Elkhart, IN, Tessa Gray of Campbell, TX, Chandra Smith of Goshen, IN and was preceded in death by daughter, Samantha Fox (2013) of Clackamas, OR and son, Tyler Fox (2023) of Elkhart, IN. She had eight grandchildren, Nathaniel, Kegan, Gabe, Caden, Keaton, Tatum, Skyler, and Lily and two great grandchildren, Sawyer (Sj) and Saylor.

She was extremely crafty and loved to crotchet and make jewelry. She loved Pepsi and playing games online. She also enjoyed playing cards. So much so that she skipped Go Fish and Uno when her kids were young and went straight to teaching them how to play Euchre and Spades. That way she knew she'd always have an extra player or two when needed.
