Katherine "Kathy" Cooper, 69, of Mishawaka, Indiana, went to be with her Lord on May 26, 2022. She was born on December 16, 1952 in Kingsville, TX, to the late Robert Lee Cooper Jr., and Renee (Stewart) Cooper. Kathy was a Licensed Vocational Nurse for many years. She enjoyed the Padre Island beaches and the New Mexico mountains. Kathy enjoyed doing many different types of handworks and painting.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lynn Cooper, Sr.

Kathy is survived by her brother, Jim Cooper; sister, Beth Wolkiewicz; double cousin, Marilynn Kronk; uncle, Jimmy Luker; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Granger Missionary Church, 50841 Birch Rd., Granger, IN 46530. Burial will be held at a later date in Aransas Pass Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
