Kathy Ann Rich, 63, of Elkhart, died on August 24, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born on September 16, 1954 to Charles R. and Audrey E. (Bellow) Clendenney in St. Claire City, Michigan.  After graduating from Leesburg High School in Florida, Kathy worked in management for various retailers.  She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints in Elkhart.  Kathy enjoyed riding on motorcycles, going to garage sales, and spending time with her service dog.  She always had a smile on her face and was loved by many.  Kathy is survived by her children, Michael E. (Andrena) Hamlin of Cass City, MI and Monica (Dustin) Alberts of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Jacob and Conner Hamlin; and her former husband, Kenneth Rich.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Doug.  A Celebration of Life in Kathy's honor will take place at a later date.  To leave an online condolence or sign the guest book, please visit www.chapelhillmemorial.com.
