Kenneth Robert Scarberry, age 60, of Elkhart, passed away November 30, 2011 at Elkhart General Hospital. Kenneth was born October 23, 1951 in West Virginia. Kenneth loved nature and animals. He also enjoyed playing cards and dominoes with his friends and family. Kenneth loved his nieces and nephews, and especially enjoyed the Holidays. Surviving is his mother, Delphia Scarberry of Goshen, and his siblings, Guy (Cathy) Scarberry of Columbus, Ohio, and Connie (Tony) Holt of Franklin, Indiana. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Charles Scarberry. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, December 2, 2011 at Chapel Hill with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.In his memory, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
