Leota F. Pulliam, 86, of Mishawaka, died Monday December 7, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center. The Santa Maria, CA native was born April 20, 1929 to Jessie A. & Lonnie (Smith) Waugh. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pulliam was also preceded in death by her son, Rodney Pulliam. Her survivors include her husband, Andrew Pulliam; daughter, Lynda Hampton of Shipshewana; son, Randy Pulliam of Mishawaka and her grandchildren.
