ELKHART - Linda K. DeLaruelle, 67, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born March 23, 1950 in South Bend, IN to Clayton and Elizabeth (Sherlock) Emerson. Linda was a past parishioner of Queen of Peace Church in Mishawaka and a 2008 retiree of Citi Group where she worked as a clerk in the exceptions department.
Linda had many joys in life. In her younger years, she was an avid bowler, loved to dance, and enjoyed flower gardening. She was a fan of playing different Facebook games and liked to visit Starlight Pizza with her family. Linda also loved her furry, four-legged children.
Linda is survived by her son, Brent (Corina) DeLaruelle; daughter, Amy (Spencer Sipple) DeLaruelle; brother, Robert (Nona) Emerson; sisters, Alice (Ron) Whitesel and Jo Ann Jordan, and her mother, Elizabeth Emerson. Also surviving are her grandchildren who will miss their beloved Mee Maw very much, Kaleigh DeLaruelle, Abigail Bridges-DeLaruelle, and Clayton "CJ" Conrad.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm, Tues., Oct. 24, 2017 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens located at 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN. Linda''s family will be holding a Celebration of Life, 2:00 pm on Sat. Oct. 28th at Ferretti Baugo Creek Park located at 57057 Ash Rd, Osceola, IN.
