Lois J. Thompson, 73, of Mishawaka, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018.  She was born on January 16, 1945 in South Bend, Indiana to Clayton and Minnie (Florence) Hoover.  In March of 1971, Lois married Paul Thompson and he survives.   She enjoyed gardening, yard work, horses, and playing bingo.  Lois is survived by the love of her life, Paul; children, Lisa LaFleur and Joshua Thompson; a grandson, Eric LaFleur; and siblings, Jim (Diane) Hoover, Jack (Deb) Hoover, and Shirley Jones.  Lois was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Stacy Thompson; siblings, Louise (twin sister), Bill, Don, Bob, and Mabel.  Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 12-2 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561 with a funeral service in Lois's honor beginning at 2 PM.  Burial will follow the service in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
