Obituary

Loma Elizabeth Eslinger, age 95, of South Bend, passed away February 20, 2013 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. Loma was born November 29, 1917 in Lime Rock, Alabama to the late Thomas Sterling and Nancy Lula (Dalrymple) Head. On December 20, 1959, she married Wesley W. Eslinger. He preceded her in death, passing away in July of 1995.

She was also preceded in death by her children, Riley Nelson and Dorothy Nantz, as well as her 7 brothers and 1 sister. Surviving is her granddaughter Stacy Roll of Alabama, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the 11:00 am funeral service on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Loma was employed by Gurley Leep in Mishawaka for many years before retiring in 2007. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, sewing and traveling. She also had attended the Apostolic Church in South Bend.
