OSCEOLA- Lora Worthington, 93, passed away July 4, 2010 at Rivercrest Specialty Hospital in Mishawaka. She was a recent resident at St. Paul''s Good Shepherd unit, where she experienced a renewed quality of life, thanks to a caring and attentive staff.
Born in South Bend to the late Will and Ada (Stiffney) Shroyer, Lora was the youngest of three children. On May 1st, 1937, she Married Paul F. Worthington of Mishawaka; a day they were able to celebrate fifty five times until he preceded her in death, passing away in 1992.
Surviving are her sons, Richard Worthington and his wife Sue and David Worthington and his wife Connie, both of Mishawaka, and a grandson, John, also of Mishawaka.
There will be no visitation or services.
