Lottie Louise Bell, 98, of South Bend, IN passed away September 20, 2020, surrounded by her family's love.

Funeral services for Lottie will be held Friday, September 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Highway Osceola Indiana. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Lottie was born August 8, 1922, to Bernard and Lena (Ford) Ganser in St. Joseph County, Indiana. She was united in marriage to Joseph Bell.

Being a fantastic mother she enjoyed all of her special moments with all 9 of her children.

Lottie also enjoyed time in her garden growing flowers and tending to her songbirds.  She was an artistic person who loved to color.

Those left with her memories are her sons Theodore (Andy) Bell of Ohio, and Richard Bell of Texas; her daughters Sharon (Wayne) Ditto of Virginia, Rosetta (Bern) Enochs of Indiana, Kathy (Tom) Doty of Indiana, and Betty Bell; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several other friends and family members.

Welcoming her into heaven are her husband Joseph who passed away in 2001; her sons Robert and Stanley Bell; her daughter Dorothy Hammand; her parents Bernard and Lena Ganser and her sisters Alfa (Leo) Vanderhaden and Marcella (Marvin).
