Louise Fulmer, 89, of Mishawaka, passed away in her home at 8:15 pm, Thursday, January 30, 2014. Louise was born on December 12, 1924, the daughter of the late Lloyd and LaVerra (Cusick) Shank. On July 14, 1944, she married Glenn Fulmer. He passed away on May 5, 1996. She is survived by two sons, David Fulmer of South Bend and Richard (Suzanne) Fulmer of Palm Harbor, FL; five grandchildren, Sheila Mann of Mishawaka, Debra Raab of Elkhart, Amanda Franks of Elkhart, Sarah Fulmer of Phoenix, AZ and William Fulmer of Palm Harbor, FL; and six great grandchildren, Mikayla Penn, McKinzie Penn, Kaley Keeps, Zachary Keeps, Taylor Knoff and Meghan Knoff. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Carol Ann Huys and two brothers, Harold and Lloyd, Jr. Louise was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who was devoted to her family. She enjoyed sports, bowling, Bingo, and playing cards with her family. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm, Monday, February 3, 2014 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial to the American Gold Star Mothers, 2128 LeRoy Place, NW, Washington, DC 20008.
