Marietta J. Place, 95, of Hancock, MI, formerly of South Bend, IN,  passed away on June 29, 2024.  She was born on January 19, 1929.

Marietta graduated from South Bend Central High School in 1947.  She then went to work for Bendix Corporation until her retirement.  She loved cats  and was a friend to everyone in her neighborhood.  She was a member of Ironwood United Pentecostal Church.

Private burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
