Marjorie Ellen Corpe, 81, of Elkhart, entered into eternal rest on July 19, 2022. She was born on March 11, 1941, to the late Kenneth and Pauline Bergman in Elkhart, IN. Marjorie enjoyed gardening and playing cards at the Moose Lodge. She loved pets and spending time with her family was very important to her.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Corpe; brother, Jerry Bergman; and her sister, Carol.

Marjorie is survived by children, Tim (Polly) Corpe, Teresa (Mike) Swanson, Valerie (Ron) Akers, and Daniel Corpe; brothers, Kenneth (Shari) Bergman and Bill (Becky) Bergman; sister, Susan Bergman; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

To honor Marjorie's wishes, services will be held privately at Chapel Hill Funeral Home,10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN 46561. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Elkhart County.
