Marnetta Helton-Banfill, 56, was born on October 4, 1966, in Great Falls, MT, and died peacefully in her sleep on February 28, 2023 in South Bend, IN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rusty Banfill, her mother, Judith Helton, and her grandparents Nettie Helton, Bennie Helton, Ernest McKimm, and Martha McKimm. She is survived by her father, William Helton, of Great Falls, MT, and her sister, Bobbie Helton, of Great Falls MT.

She grew up in a military family and was able to live in other states and countries. She lived in MT, TX, the Philippines and Japan. Her favorite place to visit was Glacier National Park. We spent many vacations there growing up and were always remembering the fun times we had there. There will be a memorial service for Marnetta at a later time in MT.
