Martha G. Rems of Osceola died June 20, 2015 was born April 22, 1926 to John and F. Mae Howarth in Colfax IN. She was a 1944 graduate of Colfax High School. She graduated with an RN degree from the Lafayette Home Hospital School of Nursing in 1947. She was a County and Visiting Nurse. She loved to garden, entertain. She cherished her family and friends. She married Larry Rems on July 30, 1955. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry, her daughter Peggy Nelson and her sister Anna Belle Smith and brother John Howarth. She is survived by her sister Helen Allen and daughters Cathy (Frank) Wilkinson of Frankfort and Rita (Gary) Bullerman of Osceola and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be buried at Plainview Cemetery, Colfax IN next to her husband. A memorial service will be held in July in Frankfort IN.
