Obituary

Mary Jean Rosetto, age 76, of Goshen, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at IU Health Center, Goshen at 10:55 pm. Mary was born September 3, 1934 to the late Clarence and Maida (Runyan) Hickey in South Bend, Indiana. On November 3, 1951, she married Sam Rosetto in South Bend, Indiana. Sam preceded her in death, passing away in September of 2010.

Mary is survived by her children, Sally Ann (Marion) Wiseman of Cookeville, TN, Don (Debra) Rosetto of Goshen, IN, John (Debbie) Rosetto of Wonder Lake, IL, Steve (Terri) Rosetto of Indianapolis, IN, and Pete Rosetto of South Bend, IN. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, as well as her sisters, Pauline Helsel and Katie Poorman.
Mary was a kind and caring person, and loved helping those in need. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, cake decorating, and appreciated many of the fine arts. Mary also liked to collect antique dolls, and working with miniature furniture. She and her husband Sam were very involved and active with the American Legion post #170 in Three Rivers, Michigan, where Mary served as the Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 pm Sunday, August 14, 2011, and 4-8 pm Monday, August 15, 2011 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with entombment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In her memory, donations may be given to the American Legion post #170, 59990 S. Main Street, Three Rivers, MI 49093.
