Michelle Lee Garrett, 20, of Bristol, passed away as a result of an accidental house fire on Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Michelle was born on October 14, 1988 in Elkhart to to Randall L. and A. Elaine (Carter) Garrett, who also passed in the fire.
Michelle is survived by her sister, Patricia (Scott) Babcock of Bristol; her grandmother, Rosa Carter of Plymouth. She is also survived by her nephew, Zachary Babcock and many aunts and uncles.
She is an Elkhart Central High School graduate, class of 2008. She will be remembered for her love of John Deere tractors and horses.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 4:00 pm in Grace Lutheran Church, 831 West Marion Street, Elkhart with three hours of visitation prior to the service. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola is handling arrangements.
