Morris Holland McLemore, age 72, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in Apache Junction, Arizona. Morris was formerly of Elkhart, Indiana. Morris was born December 13, 1937 in Alabama.
He went to be with the Lord and the love of his life, his wife Janice (Coots) McLemore who preceded him in death. His parents and several sisters and brothers preceded him in death as well.
Morris is survived by his children, Timmy Gene McLemore, Terry Holland McLemore, and Sandra Kay Keys. Also surviving are two grandsons, Brandon and his wife Shannon, and Blake and his wife Melissa. Surviving as well are four great granddaughters, Holland, Kylie, Kyndal and Karris Keys. Morris is also survived by his sister Jo Hobbs of Alabama, and three brothers; Raymond McLemore of Alabama, Howard McLemore, and Billy McLemore, both of Michigan, and his brother-in-law, Billy Gene Coots and his wife Rose, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-7 pm Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Interment will be held at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Morris was the owner of Morris'' Salvage in Osceola for many years and retired over 25 years ago. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf, and singing Karaoke.
