Nettie A. Gunnoe, 89, of Bristol, died Tuesday June 16, 2020. Nettie was born in Ward, WV on April 18, 1931, the daughter of James C. & Ethel (Hunley) McNeely. She retired from Bristol Valley Foods and was an avid reader, well known at the local library. Nettie attended Bristol Missionary Church and was dedicated to her family. She loved to cook and enjoy the time she spent with family & friends. Nettie was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. Gunnoe and daughter, Gail Gunnoe. She is survived by her daughters, Ann (Jim) Gwinn of Elkhart, Pam (Harry) Owen of Rockville VA and Donna (Jeff) Brown of Angola; brother, Keith McNeely of Elkhart; sisters, Barbara (Houston) Lantham of Detroit MI and Linda (Dave) Santrock of Sissonville WV; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and Tressa Miller, her loyal & loving best friend. Funeral Services 2:00 Friday June 19, 2020 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. where friends may call on Friday from 1-2pm. Entombment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
