Norma J. Walters, 89, of Elkhart, passed away on May 10, 2019.  She was born on July 23, 1929 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Charles and Bessie (Ramboldt) Andre'.  On September 21, 1947, Norma married LeRoy E. Walters and he survives.  Norma attended vocational school and received her education as a legal secretary.  She worked many years as a legal secretary until her retirement.  Norma enjoyed cooking and baking, knitting, reading; however, her greatest joy was spending time with her family-especially the grandchildren.  Norma is survived by her husband of 71 years, LeRoy; her children, Tom (Jan) Walters, Anne Walters, Richard (Carol) Walters, Dave (Karen) Walters; seven grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.  In accordance with Norma's wishes, there will be no services at this time.  Burial will take place at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Indiana.
