Patricia S. Ohse, 63, of Elkhart, died Wednesday October 20, 2010 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born in South Bend on December 12, 1946 to Garland and Opal (Mueller) Aldridge. On November 24, 1966, she married R. Brooks Ohse. She was employed at Barger Packaging, Inc. and enjoyed camping, watching Notre Dame Football and NASCAR races, as well as spending time with her family. "She was a devoted wife & mother". Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Brooks Ohse; her son, Christopher Ohse; her daughter, Christinea (Dana O''Haver) Ohse and her grandchildren, Keith & Joseph Smith, all of Elkhart; brother, Kenneth Stephens of Yucaipa, CA and her half-sister, Lela Miller of Kokomo. She was preceded in death by her sister, Colleen Lechtanski and brother, Max Darrell Stephens. Services 1:00pm Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11-1 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola.
