Patricia M. (Rockhill) Wells, 66, of Osceola, passed away at 4:49 am, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in her home due to complications from Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a form of Parkinson''s disease. Pat was born on April 7, 1947 in Beech Grove, IN, the daughter of the late Glenn "Rocky" and Virginia "Gigi" (Orsynowicz) Rockhill.

On October 8, 1977, she married her beloved husband Bill D. Wells, who survives. Pat is also survived by her children, Kevin "KC" (Denise) Conery, Shawn (Lisa) Conery, Kelly (Ken) Sage, David (Rhonda) Wells and Brian Wells. Pat was "Nana" to grandchildren, Ryan, Brendan, Nolan, Ashley, Casey, Madelyn, Michael, Patrick, and Matthew; sister of Barbara (Frank) Brender; aunt of Lisa (Greg) Hopwood and Aaron Brender.

Pat was employed by the South Bend Police Department for 16 years, Paragon Interiors for 14 years, and the South Bend Animal Clinic for 15 years.

A time for gathering and sharing of memories will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm, Monday, July 8, 2013 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 9, 2013 in St. Pius X, 52553 Fir Road, Granger with one hour of calling prior to the Mass. Rev. Msgr. William Schooler will officiate.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Doug David of the Memorial Group, Dr. Cynthia Comella of Rush University at Chicago, her caregiver Becky Galiziewski and Amanda Scheibelhut from Hospice of St. Joseph County. To all our good friends, whether you sent a card or text, ran an errand, brought food, or came to visit with Bill to brighten his day, we sincerely appreciated all that you have done and continue to do. And to Sandy and Kelly, we consider you God''s angels for being here from the very beginning and then every step of the way.
