Patrick B. Perkins, 59, of Elkhart, died Thursday July 19, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital. The South Bend native was born May 5, 1959, the son of Alfred & Shirley (Metz) Perkins. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Perkins; daughters, Kimberly Perkins, Sara (Vince "Taco") Mendoza and Amanda Ousnamer; sons, Ben (Tiffany) Helbling & David Ousnamer; brothers, Daniel (Ola) Perkins and Adam (Jennifer) Bauer; sisters, Margaret Perkins, Linda (Bruce) Shank and Trudy (Ken) Sandora; 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
