Patty A. Nolan, age 69, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away at 12:55 pm Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Elkhart General Hospital. Patty was born October 15, 1940 in Marshall County to the late Thurman Condon and Edith Haslett. On September 6, 1969, she married Vernon E. Nolan Jr. in Elkhart, Indiana. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are their children, Jeffrey L. Settle of Peru, Indiana, Vernon E. Nolan of Westville, Indiana, and Lori L Slauf of Bluffton, Indiana. Also surviving are her siblings, Larry and Robert Condon, and Mary (Herb) Sommers, as well as 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Anita Hartman.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the 1:00 pm Funeral Service on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola, Indiana. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
Patty was employed for several years at American Electronics Company. She enjoyed being outdoors, and working in her flower gardens. In her memory, contributions may be given to the Humane Society of Elkhart County.
