Obituary

Paul H. Feltrinelli, age 75, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Elkhart General Hospital. Paul was born September 4, 1935 in Syracuse, New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Helen Eaton. On January 4, 1985 Paul married Darline Young in Marengo, Illinois.
Darline survives, along with Paul''s children; Kelly (Kent) Grubaugh of Carmel, IN, Kristy Journey of Indianapolis, IN, Paul J. (Celeste) Feltrinelli of Indianapolis, IN, Michael (Valeryia) Feltrinelli of Westfield, IN, and Patrick Feltrinelli of Noblesville, IN. Also surviving are three step-children, Michael (Loralee) Young of Parker, CO, Christine (Jim) Jaeger of Las Vegas, NV, and Susan (Brian) Lee of Goshen, IN. Surviving as well are 8 grandchildren; Jim (Amanda) Grubaugh, Megan Grubaugh, Christian Journey, Colin Journey, Alayna Feltrinelli, Anthony Feltrinelli, Adrian Feltrinelli, and Bella Feltrinelli, along with step-grandchildren, Erica Young, Hayley Young, Joshua Jaeger, David Jaeger, and Matthew Jaeger. Paul is also survived by two great grandchildren, Jolene and Jack Grubaugh, his sister, Joan Dattler, his brother, James Feltrinelli, and his step-sisters Janice Hamblin, Martha Mawson, and Sandra Kendall. Preceding him in death was his daughter Kimberly Gray and her husband Don and his son-in-law, John Journey.
Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the 3:00 pm funeral service on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, Indiana. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
Mr. Feltrinelli obtained his degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, and furthered his education at the University of Minnesota. Paul was employed as the head of sales and marketing for Coachman Industries and later Kentron. He retired several years ago. He enjoyed being outdoors, boating and Notre Dame. Most importantly, Paul enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
In his memory, contributions may be made to LeMoyne College, Syracuse, NY, or the American Cancer Society.
