South Bend, IN- Paula Ann Palmer, age 71, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2019 at Center of Hospice Care of South Bend.

She was born March 30, 1947 in South Bend to the late Paul and Nancy Wilkeson Fannin. On June 10, 1966 Paula married Arthur Palmer and with this happy union was blessed with 3 children. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, puzzles, her dogs, and spending time with family and friends. Paula lived her life to the fullest as a wife, mother and grandmother.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Susan (Noel) Zamora of South Bend, IN; sons, Ray Palmer of Niles, MI and Keith (Erica) Palmer of South Bend, IN; step son, Arthur Ray (Bonnie) Palmer Jr.; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Mike (Mary) Fannin of Lexington, KY and Robert Fannin of Winter Haven, FL; and many nieces, nephews and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Sally Boyce.

Funeral service at 10 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2019 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 Mckinley Hwy., Osceola, IN. Friends may call Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
