Phillip E. Alwine, 84, of Goshen, IN, passed away on December 26, 2023 at Majestic Care in Goshen.  He was born on May 21, 1939 in Goshen to Eugene and Mildred Alwine.  He married Tonda in 2010.

He is survived by his wife, Tonda; sons: Tony (Lori) Alwine, Randy (Tina) Alwine and Ronald Alwine: 2 step-children, Steve Petersen and Tracy Tietz; grandchildren: Heather, Dustin, Tyler, Rashell, Drew and Brett; 5 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his beloved first wife, Claudette, to whom he was married for 50 years.

Phillip loved to travel, especially to Branson to see country/western shows.  He was a sports fanatic.  His favorites were Indiana basketball and Notre Dame football.

A graveside service in his honor will be held on Monday, January 08, 29024 at 11:00am.
