Piper Dwigans, age 6, of Granger, passed away Monday June 26, 2017. Piper was born in Elkhart on April 11, 2011, the daughter of David J. & Sarah (Kirkpatrick) Dwigans. She was a student at Mary Frank Elementary School, who enjoyed singing & dancing and playing softball; she liked to draw, color & paint and was a very friendly, social and outgoing young girl. Piper is survived by her parents, David & Sarah Dwigans of Granger; her sister, Peyton Dwigans; grandparents, Lloyd & Jennie Kirkpatrick of South Bend, Eric Bryant & Julie St. James of Indianapolis and April Caldwell of Ft. Wayne, as well as several aunts, uncles & cousins. Piper is loved immensely by her family and they are overwhelmed & appreciative of the gestures of love, kindness, caring & support they have received from the entire community. Funeral Services for Piper will be held at 11:00 Saturday July 1, 2017 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, where friends may call from 10-11am. Calling also on Friday from 4-8pm in the funeral home. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
