Ralph E. Ganshorn, 88, formerly of Plymouth, died Friday August 7, 2015 at Woodland Manor in Elkhart. The Plymouth native was born September 27, 1926 to Russell & Lulu (Stone) Ganshorn. Ralph was a US Army veteran of WWII, was a member of the V.F.W. and had retired from Bendix Corp. in 1986. In addition to his parents, Ralph was also preceded in death by his brother Everett Ganshorn. He is survived by his children, Wayne Ganshorn of Mishawaka and Dale Ganshorn & Linda (Tim) Morlock, both of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Sheridan and Dakotah Ganshorn, all of Mishawaka; brothers Ray (Betty) Ganshorn of Plymouth and Harry 'Bud' (Connie) Ganshorn of Lafayette; sisters, Ruth Maddelina, Helen Jones and Mary Large, all of Plymouth and Ermajean in Mishawaka. Funeral Services 10:00 Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. Friends may call Monday 4-8pm in the funeral home. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
