Randal Lee Garrett, 56, of Bristol passed away as a result of an accidental house fire of Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Randy was born in South Bend on June 17, 1953 to William and Donna Garrett. On June 20, 1987, he married Agnes Elaine Carter. who also passed away .
Randy is survived by his daughter, Patricia (Scott) Babcock of Bristol; grandson, Zachary Babcock of Bristol and his sister, Vicki Shepherd of Middlebury, IN.
Randy graduated from Penn High School and loved to work on cars, trucks, and tractors. He also loved to travel to the Mississippi River in Iowa.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 4:00 pm in Grace Lutheran Church, 831 West Marion Street, Elkhart with three hours of visitation prior to the service. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola is handling arrangements.
