Richard W. Seigler, 77, of Elkhart, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Elkhart General Hospital. The Thompsontown, PA native was born September 5, 1935 to Walter P. and Laura E. (McElrath) Seigler, who preceded him in death. On March 31, 1955 Richard married Patsy C. Arnold in Thompsontown. He was a US Marine Corps. veteran; member of Jamestown United Methodist Church and the D.A.V. Elkhart Chapter 19. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brothers, Walter and Leon Seigler and his sister, Anna Felty. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Pat Seigler of Elkhart; sons, Richard K. (Diana) Seigler of Bremen and William D. Seigler of Elkhart; his sisters, Arlene Little of Misslin, PA and Lenora Yohn of Millerstown, PA; 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services 11:00 Monday at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, with Rev. Paul Rogers officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
