Ricky L. Wilburn, age 58, of Osceola passed away on January 28, 2017 at 1:24 AM at home surrounded by his family. He was born September 5, 1958 to Jackie Carroll and Ella May (Hurlbut) Wilburn in South Bend, Indiana. Ricky was a member of the Osceola American Legion, and he enjoyed fishing, golfing, going to the beach, and most outdoor activities. Ricky is survived by his fianc, Mary DeRusycher of Osceola; his step-children, Peggy Sue Hunt of South Bend, Floyd DeRusycher Jr. of Lakeville; his siblings, Ross Hensel, Rose (Gary) Pridemore, and Jackie Sue Wilburn; sister-in-law Linnie Wilburn; and many nieces and nephews. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Kenneth Hensel, Sr.; and his brothers, Kenneth Hensel, Jr. and Burton Laurence Wilburn. In accordance with Ricky''s wishes, no services are planned at this time.
