Robbie Jo Hanback of South Bend, IN, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the age of 85. Robbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Macon Samuel Hanback Sr., her parents, Charlie Wilbert and Alta Mae (Smith) McClain and her siblings, Douglas McClain, Mable Jennings, Wilma Austin, and Frankie Young.

She is survived by her children, Macon S. Hanback Jr of Mishawaka, Riley (Carol) Hanback of Evergreen, CO. and James (Tina) Hanback of Mishawaka; her brother Larry McClain; her sister Lois Hudgens; her grandchildren, Tonya, Mandi, Jessica, Emily, Adam, Taylor, Morgan, and C.J.; her great-grandchildren, Edie, Abby, Carter, Jessica, Corey, Lilly, and Emery; and her great-great-grandchild Carter.  She was a dear cousin, aunt, and friend to many.

Robbie enjoyed crocheting and creating useful pieces of art.  She lead a simple southern style lifestyle, including the great talent of cooking.  She was a simple God fearing woman.

She was a member of the general Baptist faith for her entire life, at Southside church for over 35 years.

Visitation for Robbie will be on Saturday September 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm all at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinney Highway Osceola IN 46561

Robbie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
