Robert V. Rhea, 67, of Osceola, passed away on Saturday December 5, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital.  He was born on April 19, 1953 in Kendallville, IN to Robert I. and Joan M. (Lamont) Rhea.  He married Patricia Wright on January 11, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; 2 sons: Justin and Joshua (Tanya) Rhea; a daughter, Amanda Rhea; 2 step-sons, Jared (Katie) Anderson and Christopher Cook; a step-daughter, Keri Pryor; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Michael (Cynthia) and Scott Rhea; and 2 sisters, Karen (Vern) Brown and Cheryl (Kelly) Casselman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert I. Rhea.

Robert was employed in the automotive industry and was a Chief Engineer at Summit Polymers, Inc. for over 25 years. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge and a past 4H Farming Instructor.    He was a great mechanic and loved working on cars with his sons.   He loved the outdoors and gardening and kept an impeccable lawn.  Robert also loved woodworking and furniture and house restoration.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
