Ronald O. Eberhard, 70, of Mishawaka, passed away at 1:40 pm, Friday, February 15, 2013 in his home surrounded by family. Ron was born on January 18, 1943, the son of the late Walter W. and Edith M. (Humbarger) Eberhard.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sharon K. Eberhard, two daughters, Kimberly K. McGlothlin of Indianapolis and Jacqueline M. (Matthew) Termont of Richmond, VA, with his first grandchild due in July 2013. He is also survived by a sister, Andrea M. Eberhard of Columbus, OH.

Ron is retired from LaSalle High School, where he taught for many years. He was a member of the University of Evansville NCAA Championship basketball team in 1964 and 1965. He was also a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and an avid golfer.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00-1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola. A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday in the funeral home.
