Ruth Anne Neely, 31, of Osceola, Indiana, passed away on August 14, 2023 in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born on August 1, 1992 in Osceola, Indiana to Timothy and Cynthia (Plotner) Neely.

She is survived by her father, Tim; her siblings:Anne (Caleb) Chapman, Mike (Amanda) Neely, Dan (Melissa) Neely, Paul (Poppy) Neely, Mary (Gene) Zimmerman, John (Michelle) Neely, Tom (Megan)Neely, Beth (Michael) Pletcher, Jim (Reah) Neely, Dave (Cassie) Neely, Rebecca Neely and Martha (Seth) Lemler; and 54 Nieces and Nephews.

Ruth was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia, and two nephews, Tanner Gene Zimmerman and Hudson Trent Neely.

Ruth was a member of the Bread of Life Church.  She loved volleyball- especially the friendships she formed while playing.  She liked travel and music and she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 PM Thursday August 17, 2023 at the RMYC/Nelson Ramer Building, 24717 C.R. 44, Nappannee, IN.

A Funeral Service in her honor will be at 1:30 PM on Friday August 18, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy., Osceola, IN 46516. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
