GOSHEN, IN- Sandy L. McFadden, age 49, passed away on June 7, 2019 at the Hospice House in Elkhart.

She was born September 15, 1969 in West Memphis, Arkansas to Bobby and Helen (Ford) Blackwood. Sandy was a 1988 graduate from Elkhart Baptist Christian High School. She worked at Concord East Side for many years as a custodial supervisor. Sandy enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, watching movies, going to the gym, doing hair, and spending time with family.

Sandy is survived by her sons, Chuck (Laura) Pates of Kalamazoo, MI, Devan Emerson of Goshen, IN, and Aaron Emerson of Elkhart, IN; parents; sisters, Debbie (Pat) Hawley of Mooresville, NC, Sue (David) Stauffer of Elkhart, IN, and Sherry (Daryl) Hochstetler of Goshen, IN; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 Mckinley Hwy., Osceola, IN. Friends may call from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Wednesday.
