Santiago "Jimmy" Quintero, Jr., 31, of Elkhart, died Friday, December 30, 2016. The San Juan TX native was born May 17, 1985 to Santiago Quintero, Sr. & Sandralus (Moreno) Ramirez and was an accomplished tattoo artist. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Aiden Ramirez. Jimmy is survived by his mother & step-father, Sandralus Ramirez & Gregorio Aguilar of Elkhart; his grandmother, Ninfa Moreno of McAllen TX; his siblings, Alexandra "Alex" Moreno, Augustine (Angelica) Ramirez & Richard (Abigail) Ramirez, all of Rio Grande City, TX; Ninfa (Marcos) Vargas, Irasema Ramirez, Christopher (Gloria) Ramirez and Whitney Ramirez, all of Elkhart and several nieces & nephews. Fr. Zachary Barry from St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church will officiate funeral services at 4:00 Monday January 9, 2017 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy.
