Shannon Maureen Reed

June 28, 1972 – January14, 2024

Shannon Reed 51, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away on January 14, 2024.  She is survived by her husband James "Boe" Reed; her parents John (Linda) Hardy & Annette (Dennis) Douberteen; sons Payne Reed, Chanceller Reed & Tyler Hardy; sisters Lisa (Bill) Thomas, Michelle Rhoads, Kristen Hardy, Erin Bennett, Nicole (John) Pagels & Adrienne (Clint) Anderson; a brother Cameron (Sarahys) Enders;  as well as many nieces and nephews.

Shannon was a sweet and loving person who had an amazing work ethic.  She worked multiple jobs, while wonderfully caring for her family.  She was kind to all, even to the family pet "Clutch" but would never admit it.  She was unselfish, strong, and humble, always putting others before herself. She loved to ride motorcycles with her loving husband and enjoyed bowling, but most of all she adored her family and taking great care of her children. Family was always #1!

Visitation for Shannon's family and friends will take place on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 10:00am – 12:00pm (noon).  A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm (noon).
