Shelby Jean Peck, age 72 of Mishawaka, passed away April 21, 2023. A life resident of the area, she was born March 20, 1951 in Caruthersville, MO to the late Johnny and Gladys (Bratton) Eaton. Shelby worked with the American Cancer Society for over 20 years and was a active with Relay for Life and her church. She loved daffodils and spending time with her grandchildren. Shelby is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul Peck. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons; Bruce (Michele) Peck, Brian (Scott) Peck, Michael (Denise) Peck, William "Billy" Peck and David (Amanda) Peck, brothers; Leon "Bruce" (Brenda Eaton and Tom Eaton, sisters; Jewel Frazier, Paula (Dan) Olinger and Nancy Sunshine, nine grandchildren and 1 great grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 10776 McKinley Hwy. Osceola, IN 46561 on Tuesday April 25, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Services will be held Wednesday April 26, 2023 at the Ireland Road Church of God 16555 Ireland Road Mishawaka, IN 46544 at 11:00 am. A short visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
